My name is Suzette Etienne-Sirin and I serve as the Assistant Principal at Ebenezer Christian Academy. I’m passionate about helping students grow academically, spiritually, and personally. At Ebenezer Christian Academy, I focus on creating a learning environment that blends faith, education and career readiness so that every student leaves prepared for both college and life. As a Haitian-American educator, I believe deeply in equity, cultural pride, and supporting families as partners in education. In my leadership role, I work closely with teachers, parents and students to create a learning environment where technology, innovation, and faith come together. I help oversee curriculum development, and student support service.

Dr. Frantz Suze Etienne

Frantz Suze Etienne has dedicated her life to serving others through faith, family, and education. In 1981, she married Pastor Emy Etienne, and together they were blessed with five children. In 1992, she and her husband founded the school with just seven children, planting the seeds of a lasting ministry. Her legacy continues through her unwavering devotion to community, education, ministry, and women’s empowerment.

Nerline Etienne-Esterile, the firstborn of Pastor Emy and Frantz Suze Etienne, was raised in a faith-centered, community-focused home. A graduate of Ebenezer Christian Academy (Class of 1998), she later earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Shepperton University and additional certificates in administration and childcare. In 2012, she married Jean Willy Esterile, and together they have three children. Known for her dependable nature and courageous spirit, Nerline has faithfully served alongside her family in mentoring and guiding young people through both church and school, continuing her commitment to education and community service.

A proud alumna of ECA, graduated in 2010, Mrs. Straughter is now thrilled to now teach 2nd–5th grade in the very classrooms that inspired her love of learning. Her teaching philosophy centers on curiosity, creativity, and confidence—helping students build skills that reach beyond the classroom. Outside of school, she’s a dance choreographer and a mother to 4 “students” of her own.
